These Terms of Service act as a legally binding contract between you and Live Dating. By downloading our mobile app, creating an account, or using our services, you are explicitly agreeing to follow the rules laid out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app or services.

2. About Our Service

Live Dating is a platform designed for media, entertainment, and interpersonal connection. Our features include real-time video/voice transmissions, encrypted messaging, and profile discovery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable local or international laws.
  • You must not have been previously banned or removed from Live Dating for safety violations.

3. Your Account

Your account is your personal passport to the Live Dating community. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your profile.

Be Truthful

Provide accurate and complete information during registration. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.

Keep It Secret

Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from shared passwords.

Keep It Personal

Your account is for your use only. Do not transfer or share access with others.

4. Acceptable Use & Community Safety

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that threatens our community.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Harassment, stalking, bullying, or hate speech toward other users.
  • Engaging in illegal activities, fraud, or solicitation.
  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to access the app or harvest data.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or age.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent bans without refunds.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Our Property: Live Dating owns the app, logos, design, and underlying code. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the media you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

"AS IS" SERVICE: Live Dating is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that you will achieve specific interpersonal results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or emotional damages resulting from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

7. Termination of Service

You can delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is operated. You agree to resolve any dispute informally via livedating@simploona.com first.
